Overview

How do studies done by the NCMEC and the Australian Institute for Criminology impact sentencing for production or distribution of Child Pornography by parents?

Summary

A new study was recently published by the Australian Government’s Institute of Criminology (2021). It looked at child sexual abuse material that was produced by parental figures. 

This study expanded on a collaborative study done in 2018 in cooperation with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
