One of the questions that those of us in the profession are often asked is, what is normal pornography use? We use terms like pornography addiction or problematic sexual behavior and create definitions of what is problematic. There are also many claims made about the harms of young children being exposed to pornography at an early age. There is one pretty big problem with these assumptions. We really don’t know what “normal” pornography use is.
